Mewtwo power up question
I was fortunate enough to catch my second Mewtwo tonight. First was a 77IV with 11 attack. The second, however, is a 93 IV - 13A/15D/14HP. Who knows if I will ever get another Ex Raid invite. Obviously I am going to power it up to level 30. Should I just say F it and power it up all the way to level 40 or somewhere in between?

Just annoyed and angry because you were pretty much bragging about something i can't even think i am getting until the day i quit, all the while when i'm enjoying all these pokemon burning my bag by fleeing without fail 30 percent of the time and attacking as soon as the ball comes into contact with them, and all the while when pokestops give nothing but useless pokeballs.
