Am I ready to try a Zam solo?
Here's what I have on my team:
96%, L30, B/C Tyranitar
98%, L34, C/SB Gardevoir
91%, L31, B/C Gyarados
98%, L30, H/SB Gengar
100%, L30, FC/X-S Scizor
98%, L24.5, B/SE Tyranitar
Not sure what moveset I should be looking for in the Zam. If it has focus blast, the TTars are meat, but the Gengar, Gyarados, and Gardevoir will perform well.
In reserve:
71%, L35, S/FP Umbreon
91%, L29, FA/FP Sneasel
91%, L28, B/C Gyarados

No, even with weather bonus. Only your Bite + Crunch Tyranitar, Gengar and Scizor would be useful. Alakazam's counters are very specific due to it's high defence, you can't use any random Pokemon just because it has dark typing or has a super effective move.
Gardevoir and Gyarados are too slow, they'd need a fog weather boost and even then are still unviable unless at near max level. Gardevoir would also need Charge Beam.
Gyarados in fog is still worse than Tyranitar with no boost, as fog has the same multiplier as STAB but Gyarados has lower attack.
Stone Edge on Tyranitar is barely viable in partly cloudy weather and if it was maxed out, making Crunch realistically the only viable move.
Plus your second Tyranitar hasn't even reached Bite's final damage breakpoint which is really low at level 26.5.
Umbreon is useless it's base attack is 126. Same with Sneasel, 189 base attack and just weak stats all around.
Your team is not ready.
1. Get used to the idea that you will need to dodge charge moves successfully. Not dodging requires very strong teams.
2. Get 2 more Gengars near level 30 or better yet, above with weatherboost. IV don't really matter, as long as they have double ghost moves. Use them to replace the Gardevoir and Gyarados.
3. Power up your second Tyranitar to 30 and TM it to Crunch.
4. Target Psycho Cut Alakazams with any charge move, you will be dodging it most of the time anyway. Tyranitars should tank Future Sight and Shadow Balls, put them last in the lineup and dodge with them only if it looks like you'll faint. If farming more Gengars is easy for you, do so and use as many as you have against PC/FB.
5. For Confusion Alakazams, accumulate resources so you can take your mons a fair bit over 30. You want add a B/C Tyranitar or two, and have them all up to 35ish (if you want to be safe) as well as 2-3 L30+ Gengars with good HP and def IV. They need to be able to connect 2 Shadow Balls and for that they need to tank 3 Confusions.
Good luck.
Sorry man, this team is not built for Alakazam, it MIGHT be good enough to take on Gengar. There are really only a few options that you can use without powering things up to close to Lv 40 to beat Alakazam. These are B/C Ttar, SC or H/SB Gengar, SC or H/SB Banette, and PC/SB Mewtwo. Anything else will be losing you time. Unless you have 5 in any combination of the above pokemon at level 30, you will not be able to reliably succeed.
For slot 6 you can use FC/XS Scizor as a time neutral option, but it will likely lose you time if you are relying on it to do significant damage and not to simply mop up that last few seconds.
