From your question I can understand that you have your google account linked with pokemon go.
So your friend will have to first add your google account on his phone. Once this is done ask him to sign out from his pokemon go account in the app.
Then when he selects Log in, he will get an option to log in to the game with either his or your google account.
In short, you will have to give your google account credentials to your friend

Logging in on a friends phone
I got my first EX pass during the christmas holiday. Problem is that the raid today is in my hometown, and I am not. I've got a friend that said he could possibly go participate in the raid for me on my account. Soo my question is, how do you log in on another phone with another account? I just tried to log out on my own phone and then back in (with google) and noticed it just automatically logged in to my own account w/o giving me any option to type in another accounts log-in.
Help would be most appreciated, although it's kinda 50-50 if my friend even got time to go join the EXraid.
