If groudon got dig instead of eq, would his ground dps be a lot better?

Nope it sucks.

Give it precpice plades; Everything solved.

Dig is a terrible move. You can cast it, go out for coffee, come back, wait for it to cool off, and then Dig might have finished its animation.

If only you took reduced damage during that time. That would be pretty cool.
