How many raikou and at what level will you ready for kyogre?

One maxed Raikou and that's it.

Going to fill in with Zapdos, Exeggutor Venusaur etc

As before, group size and composition will matter more for damage balls compared to if I have 6 raikou or not so I'm not too concerned about having only 1 Raikou. Couldn't care less about potion use... Still got too many

1 Raikou, 1 Zapdos, and lots of Exeggutors. I'll max the Raikou out slowly. Then Zapdos. But L30 is good enough.

I'm thinking about powering up a second one too! For the moment my team is Raikou, Zapdos, Exeggutor, Jolteon. Magneton is in the race for one of the last two spots along with Venasaur, Victrebeel and Confusion Exeggutor.

For me, I transferred all my Raikous, so I have to use Jolteons and Venusaurs.

None at the momment, same as all my legendary
So i bring my grass attackers first when Kyogre appear, and then see if i have to power up the Raikou..

2 Raikou with iv att 15 at level 38.5
where Thundershock does +1 damage then level 38
5 damage instead of 4.

I have 2 at level 40 and a single Zapdos at 40 to back them up, probably won’t power another.

I will bring a lvl40 raikou and lvl40 Eggy and line another 2 lvl39 eggies and 2 lvl40 dragonite (more to mix it up since dragonites are pretty strong generalist and hoping kyogre is not using blizzard)

With the dodge bug still a problem, I doubt there will be any significant difference in damage dealt between a level 30 and maxed Raikou. Coz even if you successfully dodged a charged attack at 40% health, the system will still registered as 'no dodge' and your Raikou will 'faint', forcing you to switch to your next Pokemon.

One 40 and Three 34.

Why 34? It's the minimum whole level that makes their CP > 3000

Why not 38.5 (final breakpoint)? I'm still working on it!

I went on hiatus a week after gym rework and returned during the Halloween event, so I only have one Raikou (87% with TS/WC). Other candidates for my Kyogre lineup would be Exeggutor with BS/Solar, Exeggutor with Conf/Solar, Venusaur with VW/PB and Magneton with Spark/DC (all level 30), plus lower-level Jolteons that I used to slay Gyaradoses under the old system.

I have 1 maxed out and will take a 2nd one to 30. For rainy days when Kyogre is boosted I will run an all electric team. Still need to evolve a few more high Level eevee hoping for jolteon to fill in the last spot.

On sunny days I’ll run the 2 raikou and a mix of grass types, eggs,
Sceptile mostly.

100% raikou(level 39), 98% raikou(level 39), and 93% raikou(still trying to get candies to power all of them up to level 40)

Two at level 39 (CP 3301), one at level 31, and one Zapdos at 31. The Zapdos doesn't make the cut however with my Pokebattler pokebox against any of the movesets.
