What's the difference between both, animation? If it Is, I can't tell. Isn't registered in my Pokedex yet.

For Gyarados the females have white mustaches, males have blue/green mustaches. I have 6 females and 1 male. Not sure if/what Milotic has as an altered feature. Not all species have recognizable differences.***my Google sources informed me: "Male's hair-like fins are shorter"

I evolved a great IV/level male already, have level 23--15a/12/15 female I am walking now.

I like the female for longer "ears" or fins or whatever those are. But I'd keep a pair of them, because I want one of each form per species.
