I thought i was fine with my Attackers...But...

A)I have 1 iv 100% Lvl 40 Espeon (and 3 lvl 30 91+)
2 Zam both 96%.
B)2 Golems at lvl 40 and 2 Rhydons at lvl 40.

For A)I caught a lvl 34 96% eevee, should i eveolve into espeon orwait for gen 4??
For B)I caught a lvl 32 geodude 91% 15 atk and a 34 rhyhorn 93% 15 atk. I'll undoubtly evolve those 2, but should i take them to lvl 40 as well.... Or should i wait until 15 jan to max out my 98% Groudon?

A) If you do not need another Espeon to solo Machamp or Gengar, then save the Eevee for Gen 4.
B) A maxed out Groudon is far more useful than a maxed out Rhydon or Golem.

What is the moveset of your attacker, and the level of your zam
If they have a good moveset, that should be enough, if you wanna make sure, just place one decent tanker at the end
Dragonite for machamp, Ttar for Gengar is enough to put one in the last spot

I can solo both without weather boost. Alakazams are both lvl 40, and have 2 wonders at lvl 30. Best movesets for all of them, i forgot to mention that. Ijust wanted to know if in the future they will have some use or if i'm set up the way i am. Just hatched a 100 iv Ralts, I think it will be a lvl 40 beast in about... 1 month

Ralts is awesome vs machamp. Along w ur current team, I don't see a reason for another espeon. Def should wait until gen4 to get a solid grass or ice attacker easily.

If that the case, you are pretty much set for machamp and gengar, so its about just keep fighting those boss (if you still want item bonus, better mons, for fun etc) with that squad.
Or find another way to beat those raid boss ( time atk, unique challenge, theme squad, 1 vs 1 challenge, etc)

Personally i am not worried to much about future meta, just enjoying the current one

How do you get so much high iv pokemon? Just power up the Groudon and wait for gen 4 because Espeon can learn several bad movesets.

You are obviously a high level player who is knowledgeable about the game. You know variables others don't know, such as how long it takes you to accumulate stardust, what other projects you have that you might want to power up, and which mons you just like better. You also have a rough idea how long it will be until the gen 4 release, and what the likelihood is that you will find, for example, another comparable Eevee by then.

Why not just decide for yourself?

I’m a level 40 player. I think i’m Pretty good at this game. But i’m also a humble person, so when it comes to ask for help i’m never ashamed to do so. I thought this was a place where everyone could ask for help. I don’t see any “Q&A for beginners only” title. If this is a problem to you, you can simply skip my question. Sorry if I bothered you.

When a player of your experience level asks for this kind of advice, it comes across as humblebragging ("I have all these great pokemon; what should I do with them?"). It's sort of like people asking fake questions such as "I just caught this wild 98% level 29 Dragonair, is it worth evolving?" or "I just caught this 100% Raikou; should I TM it from TB to WC?"

How could anyone possibly advise you on taking mons to level 40 without knowing information you know, such as your stardust situation, your TM situation, all the movesets involved, etc.?

Thanks to all the others who helped out my decision. I’ll save my Eevee for gen 4 and won’t power up my ground attackers

The only attackers you should be planning on are Groudon and Kyogre
