Both with TS/TB ill ask because of ADS and dust to spend im lvl 32 right now

Are you going to power to level 30 and stop or go max (33.5 for you arm)?

Is it worth to max out ?

I really like using my maxed out Jolteon, so without knowing your Stardust situation and how easy you can replenish it I'd say go for it.

What's your Eevee situation like by you? Could you possibly but some time and try and get a better Eevee/Jolteon IV wise? How important is IV to you?

For me personally I'd rather power up the higher IV even if that means spending more dust because I personally just hyper focus on that percentage.

I think so. I feel like Jolteon gets a bad rap. He is very dodgy. I use Jolteon more than any other species when attacking due to the prevalence of water Mon. He is surprising good against Dragonite if you can dodge (though not as good as ice but less clumsy).

First: IV aside, what are your attacks? My Jolteon attacks total 105 (thunder shock = 5 and thunder = 100). I have 11 Jolteons with 105. Their CP & IV vary. My Jolteons take down Pokémon weak to electric ... 1800 CP takes down 2800 CP. Power up to raise your HP/stamina if your Jolteons have this move attack set. Just my opinion... I've won over 800 battles since I began battling this September... Jolteons are my little Generals.

if you really want to do one, do the lvl 27, to save the dust. both are 15 att, and you should be dodging with him anyway. no reason to have him defending.

although honestly it is probably good where it is, my 2000 cp destroys every gyarados i run into

I think it is ok to power up any of the two if you can afford it and like using it. I would wait for a high cp/IV evee to save the dust but it really depends on your area. evees are as common as pidgeys around here

The difference between the two is negligible, I'd save the dust and power up the higher one. I've got a pair of Jolteons at 2400cp that are my mainstays for attack - one with Thunder and one with Thunderbolt.

Also think about powering up the first one now and the second one step by step, with only a small portion of your dust?
This way you will have 2 ready for attack right now.

I think that it is an easy decision. Power up the second one. Because you can use the first for getting prestige. CP 2081 is already to much for that.
