Easy question, the lvl 28. It's not that much behind the 29 and has better IVs.

It is. The only stat where Gardevoir struggles is health. You'll appreciate the few extra hit points. I usually don't sweat Stamina too much, but in this case, it's worth the added dust and candy.

It's only +1 HP at 40. But 9k dust and 8 candies is small change too. If that +1 HP helps in one raid then it's worth it for me.

Annnd that's why I don't sweat Stamina very much. But you're right: small change for a bump that may have a future payoff.

I'd go with the level 28 too. It's only 9000 dust and 8 candies more to essentially pay for a small IV boost.

You'll get more candies eventually and level 28 is still very much usable against Machamp.

I have a similar question: evolve a 14 15 13 93% lvl 31 or wait for a better one? The HP stat is what bugs me.

Finding better IVs is very, very difficult. I'd shoot for higher level though since you can catch them weather boosted. Evolved a L35 78% myself, it is never going to get any dust but it doesn't need to.

Lvl 31 is weather boosted, isn't it? The dust investment itself doesn't scare me, I have enough. I would really like a level 34 with a 15 hp stat, but who knows when that's gonna happen.

Yes it is, that's why I commented. By now I assume most everyone else is in permanently Clear weather unless given reason to believe otherwise.

93% IV is just very hard to top. Having that coincide with L30 or higher is even more unlikely. If you have doubts, I'd maybe wait until you have enough or close to enough candy for evolving a second one and then evolve that L31 Ralts if you haven't found better.

It's only gonna have 1 less HP than one with perfect HP IV. Gardevoir is not Gengar.

My spreadsheet says two HP. Still, that's probably never a significant difference, I know.

I was more than happy to evolve 87IV L33.

I'd evolve this level 31. It'll take a while to get a better one.

I started with Shadow Ball and have used 4 Charge TM's to go back and forth between Shadow Ball and Psychic. I'm back at Shadow Ball now.
