Increased drop rate for Max Revive?

You must have gotten mine. I got just one in the last week.

I've seen a slight increase as well. I went through all of level 30 and maybe got 1 or 2 max revives. I even posted here saying why can't I get any max revives and if they were removed.

Niantic must have read my post because ever since then I have started to get them more often. I'm up to about 50 now where I was stuck at 20 forever.

I got many ultraball lately more than usual but barely have potion drop. I even dicarded more than 70 ultraball.

Although I hear it isn't true, I firmly believe you get what you least need from a pokestop. If you have a lot of feinted mons, revives will be rare. Once they are all revived, they'll start pouring in. Hoard your max revives and you'll get even more
