Someday will be unlocked more levels than 40?

What do you think about that? I mean, lucky eggs gift when you reach that level would mean something, otherwise they are completely useless (and even Niantic couldn’t do something that awful)

A small pebble on that road would be rewards...maybe it would be 7.5 to 10 million to go from 40 to 41. What if someone has 50 million XP and they jumped a few levels but had no bag space. Could that person not play (spin) til they threw most of it away?

That happens now anyway. Several months ago I saw screenshots of someone's bag with thousands of items in it from raid rewards and first gym spin of the day, both of which you can still receive while your bag is full.

It's also possible that the "Most" you could do is get 1 level. Even if you have 100 million.

Multiple MMOs, like everquest and world of warcraft, have gone out of their way to limit people to making people level one time soon as a level cap is increased then having them grind out the next 4 levels (usually 5 level cap increase)

So it's possible level 40 is 5 million. Then anyone who dings is set to 41 and has to earn same 5 million for next level.

but Dragonite has already reached 3581CP at level 40.

if there are more than 40 levels, how are you going to increase D9's CP??

Simply make the CPM for levels 41+ higher than the CPM at 40. Then there will be a new max CP.

Max CP is not a hard-coded value stored in the game, it is the calculated CP assuming perfect IVs and the highest attainable level in game. If the highest level changes, so would the max CP.

I'm almost at 40. Not in a rush because I have been hoping that the pointless lucky eggs at 40 would be replaced with star pieces.

I would like them to see a market where you can trade in items you don't want for ones you want. Say you can give 5 eggs and get an incubator

Just fine if Niantic reward 30-50 Coins for each 1,000,000 XP more.

I think it would be cool if they added additional titles beyond level 40. Can only get a title once you reach level 40. Each title has more requirements than just XP, such as pokedex, medals, gyms, distance, etc. Examples: expert, elite, master, legend, etc.

In Ingress in order to advance to higher levels there is not only an experience requirement but a badge one too. There are four levels of badge too. After gold there is an Onyx rank to attain.

This method could be recycled in the event more levels were added.
