What would be a good team against Blizzard Kyogre? Aside of a 6 Raikou Team

Sadly, Raikou will be best by far

But to answer your Question:
- Mewtwo
- Groudon SoB
- Zapdos
- Jolteon
- Sceptile & Victreebell - because Leaf Blade

I didn't downvote, but maybe because Groudon is weak to Blizzard. If it knows Dragon Tail, maybe Arcanine with Snarl/Wild Charge?

Groudon is 3rd best vs WF/B, only outclassed by Raikou and Mewtwo. Vs DT/B he's second best.
So overall a very solid pick, even with type disadvantage, only proving what a monster he is

Lotad with Bubble or Razor Leaf + Solar Beam.

TSTB Jolteons would be my pick after raikou. You can use them in a similar fashion like raikou but of course the dodge glitch will be a pain. Solar beam groudon is also good as it is tanky enough to afford being weak to ice.

An actual tank option is a water lapras (EDIT doesn't work I forgot water resists ice)
