They should let Pokemon learn a variety of moves
Like in the main games; pokemon should be able to learn a variety of TM moves.
When you first catch them, they should come with substandard moves i.e. Dragonite with steel wing and dragon pulse. Then you must acquire TMs for different moves if you want to change them. So if you find the outrage, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Sky attack etc. TM, you can use it on Dragonite
This would increase the variety of moves you see on pokemon, diversifying the meta more, and give a challenge of *upgrading* your pokemon by getting them better moves. Not what we have now where every pokemon can learn only 3 charge moves and you have to TM it until you get the best one. That's boring and one dimensional.
