I think slightly but not a big difference.

Yes, it does, but the difference is very small (comparable to having one less damage ball).

Are these numbers right? Catch chance seems much higher than when I use the gamepress tool.

it's the same thing you try to catch a Dragonite with 1800 CP and a 2800 CP, wich one is easier? the catch rate difference is about the level
