What to do with high level male ralts.

I already have a 100iv female ralts level 11 I evolved into gardevoir. Currently level 30(ran out of candy at level 29 but used 8 rare candy to make it 30 at least) but I plan to max it out when I catch/hatch more ralts. I recently found a male 95iv 15/13/15 ads level 32. Should I max out my 100iv first and save the male ralts or should I evolve the male now and max out the 100 later and have 2 decent level gardevoir. I'm more leaning towards maxing out the 100iv first and save the male for gen4 maybe. What do u guys think
