Ralts

I think it's a bit different in your case since yours is a higher level and the highest level you can power it isn't 40, meaning that it's at a level very close to your max. Also, yours is 15 attack and its lowest stat is its Defense, a stat it doesnt benefit from as much. Its 14 Stamina is good too since it benefits immensely from Stamina. You may want to consider evolving it in your case since you haven't yet found a better alternative. It will evolve to somewhere around 2.6k CP I believe. I also am feeling like they'll switch its moves soon to something slightly worse, although this is just speculation.

Gardevoir is good for taking on Fighting-Types, resisting Blissey's attacks, and for keeping a gym for an EX-Raid (especially when paired with the Normal-type tanks such as Blissey, Slaking, and/or Snorlax).

I say evolve, and you may want to consider it as a Buddy too since you can't do Raids for Ralts Candy.

The main reason not to evolve that Ralts would be if it is male and you decide you want to save it till Gen4 to evolve Gallade. Otherwise, it would make an awesome Gardevoir.

Rule of thumb - once u have enough candy too evolve 2 evolve your best one ...so wait a bit and if that's still the man for the job, hire him

I have only evolve 98-100% Pokémon, and have 1-3 of almost everybody now and throw away all the other but no more after playing one year:) Was lucky and got 5 of them in a 7 10k egg on one week and now I playing for fun again so just do what you want so you have fun:) For me it was start evolving and have fun again or stop playing for good. So I USE this quite allot now and have start saving ? for a better one, but in the meantime I have a new friend to play with:)!Happy holidays ❤️Gotta catch 'em all!
