Any use for lvl 32 15/4/6 Abra
I'm low on Abra candy, so the time required to walk a high lvl Eevee lvl 10km to get an Espeon would require less time than getting the candy to evolve the Abra.
Is there any reason to evolve this Abra in the future or keep it at all?
All I do are lvl 3 raids, and I can easily solo Machamp.
I already have a 15/14/15 and 14/15/14 Zam.
So the only use I'd have for it is VS Zam, if I get SB.

Not even close.
One is 29, the other 24.
Next one in the pipeline would be 15/10/15 lvl 20 Zam.
The only reason why I'm thinking about keeping it is because for the first year and a half, my 10 highest CP mons were all Vaps
Transferring a lvl 32 just doesn't feel right from my limited point of view.
But you're right, no point in keeping it.
By the time I have 125 Abra candy, I'll probably have a better one.
I often evolve subpar IV mons at high levels, here's the difference though:
1) Candy for this mon is easier gained than large amounts of stardust
2) Those evolved this way aren't worth TMs
3) These are mons I need large numbers of
It seems Abra candies aren't easy for you to come by. I would stick with the ones you have. Leveling your level 29 or 24 one to 32 would be a better option than evolving a new one, at the expense of stardust.
Alakazam with Shadow Ball is not a good counter to itself. Even maxed out in windy weather it's too slow in theory, which is under ideal conditions.
Since you can already solo Machamps and what's good against Machamp also has some crossover with Gengar too, there's no need for you to evolve this one.
Being level 32 isn't that important as Alakazam doesn't reach a quick move breakpoint against Machamp until level 34 (both moves have the same breakpoint) so left unpowered this would probably be equivalent to a high IV level 30 Alakazam due to it's lower defensive IVs.
