Walrein

Hey guys! After playing pokemon go for a long time ive finally caught myself my first 100% iv pokemon in the form of a spheal. Now im wondering when i evolve it all the way to walrein (hopefully sooner than later), would it be worth powering up? I dont have an articuno, but have a lapras although not good iv.

What level is your Spheal?

Level 20 it is

If you have the dust I would do it seeing as you don't have articuno. Walrein will be a slightly better lapras because of its atk. Especially with rayqueza coming soon he will see use.

It’s apparently pretty good on the dragon slaying front. I say go for it, and congratulations!
