One jerk, six accounts
The gym nearest to my house is regularly occupied by the same six Instinct players. Even when the gym is flipped, it turns back to these same accounts within a couple hours. I'm positive this isn't a spoofer, but there is almost no way I can prove to Niantic that this one guy has six accounts. I'm sure it is one player because I have seen all accounts added to the gym with only one person in the area. Anyone have similar issues? Should I just forget about this gym and focus on others? This is frustrating.

Same thing was happening in my area, basically 1 player with his/her mates' login details were filling up the gyms, excuse was cos the others were at work, lol. Caused a massive row on our raid chat which is now 2 raid chats funnily enough. Funny how these incidents always seem to involve Instinct players..........
Funny enough, in my area, instinct players seem to have the most accounts. Their excuse, because instinct has the least players, so they make up for it by multi accounting on multiple instinct accounts.
But the most shocking one, one instinct player used instinct's disadvantage in numbers as an excuse to... spoof!

Are you upset because you are instinct and they are keeping you from a spot in a gym? If so, I have sympathy for you and your position on this particular set of accounts.
If you are upset because you are on the majority team in your area (likely mystic) and you are upset because these six instinct accounts are making the gym harder to take and keep, I also have sympathy for you. In that case though, my sympathy is directed to the fact that the other majority team members are hogging all of the other spots in your area such that your only option is this particular gym.
This would be far less if an issue if Niantic had not allowed the team ratios to be so incredibly unbalanced. They should have done it more like Harry Potter with something akin to a sorting hat, semi-random team assignment.
