Explains a bit, torchic hadn't been common in my area of town...but went from 29 candies to over 80 in an hour. Have a 100% I've been buddy walking...now feel I can walk Magikarp instead b/c I want some more since I no longer see a lot of fish

Sweet! With the lures, you just might be able to find more Magikarps than usual, especially if it's the right weather for it.

I popped a Lure some hours ago and it's still going. I rarely use these but saw the game weather turn Cloudy which is unique here. That condition unfortunately lasted only 20 minutes but several Ralts and a Grimer spawned thanks to the Lure.

That's awesome! It seems the lures are helping out in making some of the more rare Gen 3 Pokémon show up a bit more, especially if it's the right kind of weather.

This update seems to have allowed for more, quality, Gen 3 spawns. Felt the weather update nerfed Gen 3 spawns. I’m racking up good candy for a bunch of G3 evolutions.

The last time lures lasted six hours, someone created hundreds of accounts (with names like IFacelessXXX where X is a digit) to repeatedly lure almost every stop in Singapore. Hope they do so again!
