Groudon breakpoints

The Groudon guide says that Waterfall’s breakpoint is 32.5. However, the damage graph lower down in the article show “Gyardos 32.5” doing less damage than “Gyardos”. I assume this is due to the breakpoint, but shouldn’t the chart read “Gyardos 32” because that is the last level before the breakpoint for Attack = 15. I’m trying to determine whether to power mine up to 32.5 or 33.

Don't take everything Gamepress annoucnes literal most of it is wrong but they are on the right track. Gary Waterfall breaks at 32.5 at 13 dmg and Hydro pump will do 98 and at 40 would do 104

I asume the point "Gyardos" is for a lvl 40 perfect mon, wereas the point "Gyardos 32.5" is for a lvl 32.5 perfect mon. That's why the first one does more damage. The same should apply to every other mons in the graphs.

"Level 40 vs All Groudon Movesets Averaged | No Dodge"

It says it right there on the graph. Greyed out so maybe it's hard to notice. The dots with just the pokemon's name are level 40 and the dots with a level after them are the same mon leveled to exactly the breakpoint at the specified level.
