Torchic & Cloudy weather???
I had cloudy weather last night, so I decided to explore my town and catch some Ralts. I was out for 3 hour, but Ralts did not spawn once even with the weather boost.
However, I don't know why, the Torchic spawn is crazy increased with this weather, I caught +30 in that time. I did not see so many Torchic in Sunny weathe (which I have most of the time), not even closer and right I still see a lot of them right now (Cloudy).
Did anyone notice the same???

Are fire types rare in your area in general or super common?
In my area which is very grass based we might see 3-4 Torchics on a normal day; maybe less. I think we have also averaged 1-2 Mudkips on a normal day. When it is sunny we may average 15-20 Torchic. This place also spawns commons like crazy. However when it goes partly cloudy we get a deluge of Eevees and maybe go from 1-2 Slakoth to 2-4 at a given time.
This morning it was fully cloudy and Ralts was everywhere. While we usually have 1-2 Ralts city wide at a given time there we probably 12-18 at any give time during that period. That is not what I expected since fairies and psychic mons are very rare here at any other non boosted time with any mons in that class spawning once or twice a day under normal circumstances.
I live in a dessert/mountain biome, so fire is super common here. Charmander and Cyndaquil spawned here constantly, but only a few Torchic. Same happened with grass starters, I always found some Bulbasaur/Chikorita, but I only see 1-2 Treecko with luck.
I always have had psychic types here: Abra, Natu, Wobuffet and Exeggcute the most, and Spoink spawn a lot too. My point is, I managed to find Torchic and Ralts everyday, but with sunny weather, Torchic does not increase the spawn, and when is cloudy, the Torchic spawn is huge increased, slightly for Ralts.
Ps. Mudkip and Seedot are the only two Pokemon not spawning in my town for the moment.
