Best normal type attacker?

Which of this pokemons is best normal type attacker?
Tauros Tackle/ Horn Attack
Porygon2 Hidden Power/ Hyper Beam (Porygon can have normal type Hidden Power?)
Slaking Yawn/ Hyper Beam
Now, it is really important to have best attackers of each type, thanks to new weather system. I found best attackers for another type, but for normal I'm not sure which one is the best. (Tauros have 2x normal moves and multi bar charge, I don't know if hidden power for porygon2 can be normal type, and Slaking Yawn no deal dmg)

Hidden power cannot be normal type (or fairy), and Slaking is garbage coz of yawn (as he should be), so od your options Tauros would be the best.
Not sure why you would ever want to use normal types though as SE.is a much larger boost than weather.

Do you have a Snorlax?

Normal is not super effective against anything, and super effective (x1.4 dmg) matters more than the weather boost (x1.2 dmg). That's why it's not important to have a normal type attacker even due to weather.

That said, the options at the moment are not great. Slaking might be ok if it can one-shot the defender with Hyper Beam, but will be abysmally slow if it can't. Ursaring doesn't have a fully normal type moveset but has the second strongest Hyper Beam. Zangoose and Dodrio don't learn normal type moves at all. Tauros's normal-type moveset is pretty bad, Porygon and Snorlax don't learn a normal-type quick move.

I'd go with Ursaring if you absolutely want one, but you don't need one.

Blissy with Pound/HyperBeam

For TDO, definitely. For DPS, god awful.

I have no idea why people are downvoting this because it's 100% true. With Blissey's unrivalled tankiness, she can keep fighting forever, but with her 129 attack stat, she will deal extremely low DPS.
