Partly cloudy weather

Today, we had partly cloudy weather for the first time since weather was introduced.
Eevees were eevee-rywhere! I caught a L30 wonder, and a L32, 78% IV! I'm currently walking the L30 wonder for Espeon, and will walk the other one after. I already have enough Espeons for Machamp/Gengar solos, but I'm just trying to make an Espeon army for fun, and to collect all movesets in case of potential move changes.

I also caught a L34 Rhyhorn (which I evoled anyway despite mediocre IVs), and got a 2.9k CP MS/Eq Rhydon!

I also encountered a 2.9k CP Snorlax today, but it ran away on the first ball, even with GRB excellent curve with ultra ball. The Snorlax could have been one of my new gym defenders.

I know, I've never seem so many eevee.... high CP, but no super high IVs.

Sadly, snow can never happen here, not even a little bit.

I just ran to for a boosted Snorlax and when I got there the in game weather changed.. lame.. crappy IVs 1200cp

all caught during partly cloudy. And I keep getting notifications but most of the time they are too far or too low level but if I wanted I could catch 5 per day

Flareon. Or keep for next gen

Meanwhile, eevees in my place are rare, and when I do find one, its IVs suck. I probably have more chances of finding a 100% Skitty during Partly Cloudy.

Thinking of keeping my newfound L30 98IV for Gen 4.

Already sitting on L40 100 IV vapor, L36 96IV jolt, L37.5 93IV flare, L38 93IV espeon, and who cares umbreon. All are pre-weather boost. So, I’ll random evolve the high level but “poor” IV weather boosted eevee now and save the high level and high IV for later.

I've noticed a particular neighborhood in my area that gets crazy weather related spawns. Got 12 Clefairy in less than 10 minutes during cloudy weather. When I go there during partly cloudy Eevees run wild and it's not uncommon to catch 4 or 5 with CP >750. Many are low IV high level garbage, but a few have been quite good. This is compared to pre-gen3 when I had only see one with CP >800.
