Who has a Gardevoir?
If you have one, what do you think of it offense power? I caught a Ralts today near a raid and now debating if I should spend candies on it. Thanks

Managed to get a 88% IV Level 32 Ralts while clocking off from work last night
If only Gardevoir have a fairy quick move (maybe NN might tweak it considering fairy mons keep getting the short end of the stick), it might be handy against Latios and Latias Raids
Just to check the dragon/psychic combo aren't doubly weak to fairy attacks? noticed it only has 1.4 weakness to fairy
I haven't used her on offense yet. I've put her in gyms to show off because I know I'm the first in my area with one. I can already tell from typing and moveset that she's going to be a defensive powerhouse. The valors in my area typically use an army of dragons. There's going to be a gardevoir in every gym in just a couple of weeks.
That's a misconception. HP doesn't matter that much more than defense for a gym defender because both stats are proportional to how long it takes to kill the pokemon. Tankiness is normally hp*def, for a gym defender it's 2*hp*def.
While Gardevoir has low tankiness, against Dragon type moves she's about as beefy as Snorlax while dealing much more damage in return. Against Machamp she lasts longer than say, Dragonite, Gyarados or Slowdudes, who are commonly put in to deter Machamps, and deals a lot more damage to Machamp than any of those.
If that's not a defensive powerhouse I don't know what is.
I haven't evolved one yet, my best Ralts isn't quite good enough to spend rare candy on.
I did test against it the moment I saw it in an enemy gym. Went in with a maxed Machamp with about 20-25% hp, followed by a maxed Dragonite. Took 4 Confusions to KO the Machamp. The fight ended at 62 seconds and my Dragonite had 20% hp left after dodging every charge move. That's not the kind of fight anyone wants to get into if they care about attacking efficiency.
I was very lucky to catch one at lvl 35 98% 15-15-14. 80 or so rare candy later and I could evolve her. I love Gardevoir, her typing is fantastic and her moves are also great. They really complement each other well. So advise every trainer to get at least one.
