I have experienced cloudy weather for the most part (boosts Fairy, Fighting, and Poison types). Yesterday started snowy weather for me (boosts Ice and Steel types). And, today, I am now experiencing windy weather (boosts Dragon, Flying, and Psychic types).

Partly cloudy - normal and rock.
Fog - dark and ghost.
Rain - water, bug and electric.
Sunny - grass, ground and fire.

Clear. Always Clear. Then it continues to be Clear. Grass, fire, ground is enhanced. Larvitars are now around and they have a partial ground typing, so probably the best thing to look for. Some of the ditches/creeks I used to find Dratini/magikarp...gone. Houndour has partial fire, so a good find

It's mostly been clear here during the day, so I've been seeing a ton of high-level Exeggcutes especially, along with the other common grass types. But some other weather types have been appearing in the mornings and at night, so I've also seen stretches that the game calls fog, cloudy, and partly cloudy. During the fog this morning, I caught a level 35 93% Ghastly (14/13/15) that is now my best Gengar by quite a bit.

Also got gastly, not as great as your, but still 2300 cp H/SB gengar with zero dust investment!

All I know is that my biome spawns lots of Ground/Rock, Fire and some grass - and with Summer just arriving we will have clear skies for the majority of the next 3 months.

So I looked up the 'Bureau of Meteorology' and the long term forecast is for increased spawns with a 25% increase in stardust.

If we do get partly cloudy skies then I guess we will just get back to 'NORMAL' for the area, which is usually abundant too.

...but seriously, lvl30+ Houndour, Arcanine, Golem, Rhyhorn with good IV are all welcome.
