Gardevoir- Psychic or Dazzling Gleam?

I think i collect more candys and evolve them, but i don't know which of those two moves will be better. Psychic is really speed, but Dazzling Gleam is two bar. Which move you think is better and why?

Dazzling Gleam- Hand down

Dazzling Gleam hands down. Two Bar move that does 100 each compared to one bar move for 100. Also you can use it agains Machamp raids and use it against Dragoinite in gyms

Even then that wouldn't change the fact that Dazzling Gleam is better than Psychic. In that case you just wouldn't use a Gardevoir, rather than use one that has Psychic as it's charge move.

Dazzling gleam by a landslide, I’m waiting to find a good IV ralts to turn into confusion/dz gleam will look pretty in gyms will be good in clearing some gyms and maybe at a later date get a fairy quick move
