Wonder Larvitar or High CP (bad IV) Pupitar

I'm sorry, but that Pupitar is utter garbage and should be transferred immediately.

A lot of us can beat a Tyranitar with 3 or 4 raiders, so as reference: 12a/15d/14s Tyranitar lvl 20 is 2068. That is pretty good. If you would like one soon, then go with that one. Another option is to float along without a Tyranitar for a while longer and see what occurs, a lot of changes just happened, let those changes become more evident to you (us)

The first and most efficient outcome I will recommend is doing tyranitar raids since that will save you candy and guarantee good IVs.
If that is not possible in your area for any reason, then ask yourself if you plan on investing dust into it. If yes, then the larvitar will be better in the long run. If no, then you'd be better off evolving your pupitar.
Personally, I would either try to do more t-tar raids or wait until I got a larvitar with 15 in attack.

So the Pupitar is somewhere around level 30? I'd say in your situation, Larvitar candy is more valuable than stardust. The Pupitar will become a useable Tyranitar with only a few more candies but won't be worth powering up due to the garbage IVs. The high IV Larvitar on the other hand will be useless if you evolve it now.

Best thing to do would be to hit Tyranitar raids, but if that's not possible, I'd just wait until you're at 190 candies. Then evolve and power up the best Larvitar you have.

If it could reach 3000cp at lvl 30(only because i think its a good number) i would evolve, but yours is...idk...44~46% and you would need a 64%more or less. i mean, I'm running out of space constantly on my bag and i have 750 rare candies.
