What happened to my Ho-Oh

I powered up my Ho-Oh and the first power up went up by 155. I didn't mind it so I kept going, I powered it up to 3151. I log off the game and come back to see it's cp is 3016. WTF happened?

Other bad news the 2847 Ho-Oh I caught 2 hours ago is now 2723---level 25 13a/15d/10s
No power ups.

Maybe the hp un-nerf was a glitch, and they reverted it to its nerfed state?

Mine reverted too!!! Back to nerfed ho oh:( so much rare candy and dust!:(
