Ho-Oh stat buff

Ho-Oh's had a stat buff. I did a single power-up and got +15 HP.

I wonder whether there are any other stat buffs out there.

It's stamina reduction got reverted but it's attack and defence still have the 9% reduction.

Unfortunately, I don’t think this buff made it any more useful :( we need new moveset choices...

Why doesn't this buff affect the Ho-Ohs I already caught?

You need to power it up once. Who knows how you get access to the extra HP if you'd maxed it out!

What about the CP after the power-up? An increase of HP should also increase the CP, shouldn't it?

edit: Just tried it out myself and yes: +158 CP with one power-up :D

This needs to be addressed because if they buff other mon that folks have maxed out, then what? It’s doubtful anyone has maxed a Ho-oh yet unless someone caught a perfect one.

My hooh went up 177cp with a single power up :D

I had a perfect 2222 Ho-Oh which I’d powered up to 3334 (level 30) prior to the update. After reading the comments above, I thought all I had to do was power it up once to get the adjustment. But the CP only increased by 7, and the HP remained the same at 152.

Reportedly it was un-nerfed, then soon after was oddly re-nerfed.
