I’m at 35 lvl, team that i choose to handle Alakazam solo:
Pinsir 2607 91% BB/X-S
Gengar 2464 92% H/SB
Gengar 2462 93% SP/SB
Mewtwo 3254 76% PC/SB
Tyranitar 3414 96% B/C
Tyranitar 3402 93% B/C
Every time i try to solo Alakazam, i run out of time at least for hit another one or two charge attacks. At end of combat, HP bar is almost empty (no more than 1-2 mm on screen).
What i need to change in this squad to finally solo Alakazam? Change fast / charge attacks? Power up even higher my poor mewtwo?
All the movesets for Alakazam require different tactics. Your team as built is better suited for the Future Sight moves. I would change SP to hex on the Gengar, Put the pinsir last, and if you want power the MewTwo up.
For Shadow Ball movesets get some more Ttars, and for focus blast get good at dodging with ghosts/ttars. I don’t have a SC gengar so I have a good banette that I like using vs Confusion movesets.
It depends a lot on the moveset of the Alakazam. Against the easiest moveset (PC/FS), you should be able to do it with that lineup. Anything with confusion is tougher, because confusion hits Gengar very hard. The Pinsir is probably your biggest weakness, so maybe swap it out for another Gengar or a double dark Houndoom. Also, hex on Gengar should be slightly better than sucker punch, due to faster energy gain, which may allow the Gengar to launch one more shadow ball.
I've soloed Alakazam with PC/FS and C/FS. Against C/FS, I used four T-tars (two B/C, and two B/SE), a H/SB Gengar, and a Scizor that was never used. I won at the very last second. Against PC/FS, I used the four T-tars and two Gengars, and won with about five seconds left. I have not yet beat any other movesets.
I just successfully soloed another Alakazam boss with PC/FS (undoubtedly the easiest moveset). I won on the first try with 4-5 seconds left.

The Houndoom almost finished the job, and I just needed a few bites from the last T-tar. The Houndoom (93%, 14/14/14) is a new addition to my team. I initially powered him up to lvl 36 to reach the max damage breakpoint for snarl against Alakazam, and then I received an EX pass, so powered him up to lvl 38 to reach the breakpoint against Mewtwo.
