I am really curious what the multipliers will be during snowy/sunny/rainy days for the corresponding moves

Edit: and, for example, if water moves will get a nerf during sunny days

I hope this sort of fixes Biomes a bit. For example if you’re in a desert one and it rains, water Pokémon will spawn more than usual.

Other one I’m curious about is the snow background. Some places even though it’s winter, you’ll never see snow and can still be out in shorts. Curious to see how that plays out as well.

Using the example from the Japanese site it looks like moves boosted by the weather will increase in power by 20%. No idea about moves being reduced in power though.

I just worry it’s harder to look for pokemons and pokestops when extra weather graphics are added to the landscape especially durin rainy or snowy days.

Look on the bright side - you won't have to worry about all the weather effects because your phone will be dead when they add in all these extras. So you will have more time to do other things than play PoGo.

I live in (usually) sunny California. This may put a good Moltres above Dragonites as DPS generalists.

They can't get timezones right, and that information is readily available - how do they expect to get weather right for everywhere all the time?
