Raikou charge attack

I don't get charge tm from raids very often, so if I use one on a raikou which atack should be changed - thunder or thunderbolt?

Thunder, definitely. While Wild Charge is the best charge move it has, Thunderbolt is a close second.

Why not just wait for gen 3 and see if there are any changes for the moves? I think it's better to be cautious about tm's (if you don't have like a billion) right now.

The flip side to this is that Wild Charge may become legacy, in which case you'll be upset that you lost a chance at it. That's the great unknown - today's moveset could be treasure or trash tomorrow, and we don't know which is which until it's too late.
