Dragonite vs Salamence

Which one will be better? What will probably be the differences between them?

Movesets will be the deciding factor...without knowing what they are no one can tell you which is better.

There interchangeable am thinking one of them might learn draco meteor and that will be the best dragon move.

Here are their stats, as listed by GamePress:

Dragonite (3581 CP)
-Base ATK (263) --> Rank: 10/386
-Base DEF (201) --> Rank: 62/386
-Base STA (182) --> Rank: 51/386

Salamence (3532 CP)
-Base ATK (277) --> Rank: 7/386
-Base DEF (168) --> Rank: 131/386
-Base STA (190) --> Rank: 40/386

So, by stats alone, Dragonite is the better dragon, but only by a slight margin. Salamence slightly surpasses Dragonite in attack power and HP, but Dragonite heavily outclasses him in defense. But, the difference between them will most likely be their movesets, and as aSp said, will be the deciding factor for determining which is better.

I see it like this:
- I already invested much in Dragonites
- defense counts for normal gyms

If Salamence doesn‘t get 2x flying I won’t really need him. Because there will always be better options for raidbosses and for neutral gyms dragonite is just as good if not better.

But, for something like a Marawak raid (OK, low interest in that, but it's the best example), it's a lot easier to get the 375 Dratini candy and 375 Bagon (?) candy to have two powered up Dragonites and two powered up Salamances, than is it to get 750 Dratini candy to have four powered up Dragonites. Other than that, it's Moltres/Entei, Raikou/Zapdos, but less so because of the flying difference between the legendaries.

All that said, double flying on a strong mon would be a real boon for things like Machamp raids, and would add another good tool for attacking grass and ground (2x resistance).

I don't understand what you mean with Marawak. It's weak to grass & water. So with out looking it up or using a calculator I think Eggy is the best for him. Anyway it doesn't even matter because you could beat it with anything.

Second part you are right but what I ment is that most people already have some powered up Dragonites and the tiny difference between them won't be worth it to use all that dust.
