Raikou question
Hi all!
In November I've done over 30 raikou raids but sadly I was not lucky enough to catch a good one :(
This week (tomorrow) I'm leaving Europe so no more Raikou for me and I don't know which one should I power up. These are my best three:
1) PC 1888: 14/12/14 (A/D/S) 89% IV
2) PC 1887: 12/14/15 91% IV
3) PC 1881: 15/12/11 84% IV
Which one would you power up? Moveset doesn't matter since I have TMs.

They are all fine. Raikou is a strong pokemon, and know that a 50% Raikou is better than the best Jolteon in your arsenal, assuming they are somewhat close in level. Personally, I like #1, because he has a good attack (14), solid IVs otherwise, and will be fine. And if you get more Rare Candy/Raikou candy, you could power either or both of the others up eventually. After all, if you want to do the eventual (likely) Gyarados raids, you won't want to go in with just one Raikou, ideally you'd have six.
1 and 3 would probably function pretty similarly. 3 might hit some theoretical max level breakpoint that 1 can't, but most of the time it is just a difference of one power up. 1 will have a negligible 2-3 more HP.
2 could hit a defensive breakpoint two levels earlier, but the lower attack would mean it might need to be powered higher to match an offensive breakpoint.
This is all fairly hypothetical though without actually checking a breakpoint spreadsheet, and that is going to vary depending on what you are attacking anyway.
All of them are great! Take them all to level 30 in any order you like. For Raikou there is only one relevant breakpoint against current and legacy bosses and it’s against Vaporeon. Only 15 att can reach 7 damage at the final power up. And now Vaporeon is gone...
For all other 12 or 15 attack won’t matter, sometimes you have to power up from 29.5 to 30 reach the final breakpoint, so no big deal. Enjoy!
