Still no good Raikou after 30 Raids

I did a lot of Raikou; highest one was 1901; next 4 were at 1900 exactly. Gradually taking a 14/14/15 and a 15/12/15 above 30. Catch some more of them and surely those will hover around 1900

Honestly, your only mildly unlucky. You feel worse because others have been very lucky.

On some legendaries my best is only a 93 or even a 91 and I've done WAY more raids than you. (Im over 400 legendary raids total)

To break 1900, you need a 96 or 98 or 100 while that seems easy enough when you see others get lucky.

To get a 96%+ there are only 7 ways you can get that. out of 216 Combos.

Or 209/216 that you dont. Not even including catching them.

Your mildy unlucky but in 32 raids your odds of not seeing a 1900+ are 35%. So your not even that unlucky. Let alone factor in catching it.

Hang in there, maybe random will turn. Some legendaries you will be luckier than others.

I'm willing to bet you got at least 1 legendary your on the other end of spectrum on.

I did 45 and my best is a 1896. But 18 more days to go :D

I did 42 Raikou raids last month, only ever saw ONE above 1900 (a 1905). It ran after eight consecutive golden raspberries + excellent throws. My second highest only a 1896. Talk about luck. Bummed even now; unsure if I’ll power 1896 up. At least you got a 1899.

Same with Zapdos. Did 53 raids, only ever saw one above 1890 (a 1898 which also ran). Had to settle for a 1886 14 atk one. Burnt through my passes like drinking water. Such shitty luck.

Still got no EX pass. Not spending money on passes no more.

Ive chased Raikou raids for only 13 times and caught 8 of them last month.i was lucky enough to caught a 1913 raikou (6th raikou) on my third throw.i said "woah" when we defeated the raikou and the cp counter stopped at 1913 before the bonus catch challenge..

A 93% is now considered not good? Seriously?

I must be playing a different game than some here are, because my best one ended up being "only" a 91%, and I'm still thrilled with it. Thrilled enough to have maxed it out and use it daily, especially now that Suicune is here.

I have done 54 of them and never got one over there 1900

Spend less money and worrying and you'll get a 98% like me.

Lower your expectations or don't set the bar so high. 30 raids is honestly not that many, not enough to think you should have a 1900+ CP Raikou guaranteed.

1899 CP is still an amazing Raikou, 15A/14D/13S has next to no difference in effectiveness to a perfect one, and 1900 CP is a meaningless milestone.

In a Raikou raid a few days ago... First time I've seen this in about 400 raids. One guy caught him on the first throw, the other missed him after 9 excellent curved throws (all with gold razz). RNG god wasn't on his side...

It's just unluck with the odds. Raikou is the first legendary I've been hunting, with most others I stopped after the first decent (e.g. Zapdos 89att12)

I'm 11 out of 13 Rikous. Out of these I've seen 98att15 (ran away), 98att14 (caught) and 96att15 (caught). On top of that I caught a 100% for my son (he has done 6 raids in total). I guess all luck landed on me...

I have a 96% that is below 1900 cp 13/15/15, also a 93% 12/15/15, but i am happy with them, have only 1 legendary with higher ivs (98% zapdos).

I've done 24 Raikou Raids so far and I haven't seen a 1890+ one! Highest is 1889! That's really frustrating!

One thing is to find high IV legendaries. The other thing is to actually catch them. My 1st Entei encountered was CP1919 which I didn't know what IV it was.. Threw at least 9 Excellent curve balls with Golden berries and 2 Great Curve balls out of 12 balls and it fled away.. Found out it was a 96% IV Entei.. And you should know how much my heartache was for the rest of the week when all the Entei I encountered were less than 80% IV...

U need to raid more. Plain and simple. U will encounter one sooner or later. On the weekends i would do 20 plus raids a day so around 50 a weekend. Didn't see one over 90 til number 52 or 53? After u encounter one catching is the problem. It's straight gambling. I can hit max 16 percent per hit smallest excellent throws 99.9999% of the time. I think I got 2 balls that I didnt get excellent throws since moltres. If there is a consecutive excellent throw world record I would probably hold it. Been times I would hit all 14 balls 2 raids in a row and it would run away. Just hit max excellent gr curve and pray for the best lol.

My best Raikou is only 1895, 91% 15/13/13, but I'm still powering him up. At least it's >90%.
