Raikou vs Jolteon

Hello,

I recently caught a 97 IV Jolteon and an 89 IV Raikou.
I also have a 91 IV Jolteon and pretty much no additional electric Pokemon that I can use aside from these 3.

What do you guys consider worthy of powering up?

I have them both. In would say the damage is close but raikou lasts so much longer he's therefore able to deal a lot more. That said my IVs are the opposite if yours, but I imagine the difference would be negligible.

Telling us that you have %89 raikou means nothing. Or %91 jolt.
You have to give attack hp def stats and skills.
A %89 raikou can be 10-15-15 and worthless.

Raikou's starting base stats are much better than Jolteon. A "worthless" 10a/10d/10s Raikou still has better calculated stats than a perfect 15a/15d/15s Jolteon. And Raikou has access to Wild Charge, the best electric charge move.

The raikou is either of the 2:
HP ATK DEF
14 15 11
13 15 12

The Jolteon (95 IV - not 97) is:
HP ATK DEF
13 15 15

The Jolteon 91 IV is:
HP ATK DEF
14 14 13

The Zadpos 89 IV also:
HP ATK DEF
14 14 12

The Raikou then.

Raikou seems the best option

Raikou is the superior attacker especially if Wild Charge is it's charge move, but the candy is harder to get. If 89% is your best IV for Raikou I'm presuming you don't have much Raikou candy. I would power the Raikou to the extent you can, and the high IV Jolteon would be worthy if it has good moves.

Not true for me, though, I have the candies, but I don't have a good IV one (82% or more IV) and let alone the one with 15 attack.

The thing is, I have plenty of candy for all, around 100 zapdos candy, 100 raikou candy and 300 jolteon candy (eevees are quite rare here).

And can get more via rare candy, regarding their attackes, the only one who needs one is the raikou and is only for the fast attack, which I have plenty.

That being said, my question more on where to use the stardust.
