GamePress

Nice one with the "Timer"

Did anyone else look like a dumbass to their raid group this morning? No mention of your bogus timer? What happened on that?

Niantic never gave an official time, Only the date of the 31 for the switchover.

It is better for Gamepress to underestimate the deadline time than overestimate in case people are looking at the time to plan their last chances to catch their current Beast.

Also some of the previous T5 changeovers, like the last day of Moltres, had much lower T5 raid counts on that last day. So after that I don't expect to be able to reliably participate in T5 raids on their final day.

Yes but why no mention of it anywhere just slapped up another timer. I found an official time on GoHub. Anyway Niantic could have solved it all with a simple 2 line press release.

Well Niantic has always released everything after 2pm (MTN time). Thats the only constant they have displayed. Moving forward you shouldn't believe anything unless niantic officially provided the info (time) , every other source is speculation and potential wrong.
