I would say it depends on if you will want a shiny Dusclops or Dusknoir more than a Duskull. Clops is the same red, and Noir becomes blue (I think).

Didn't even consider that-Thanks! I haven't seen dusknoirs shiny sprite until now
It's IVs are terrible, and I like the cp, but I do also want me a shiny dusknoir

CP would not argue for or against evolving, it would argue against powering up. Duskull candy is so easy to get right now, why not evolve it. It's whichever you think looks cooler.
