Most of my raids are in downtown Houston and usually draw a group where this is irrelevant, but occasionally we get groups of only 5 or 6. With Suicune coming up, and having reviewed the GamePress Raid Boss Counters List, I'm looking for recommendations to finish up my raid team:
A-Team:

I have a 100% eggy, but he's level 20 and would require more dust investment than I want at this time and would also require TMs because he got extrasensory/psychic. Also have a 98% with Conf/SeedBomb, but he's also level 20. Have a 100% Venusaur, but again, only level 20 and stuck with Vine Whip/Sludge Bomb.
Any recommendations on what needs more power or needs to be TM'd or other suggested team members to look at?
You're good to go. The only thing you could possible power up is Exeggcutor of level 27 to level 32.5 to hit the Confusion break point.
I wouldn't recommend it, because with this line up it's solely gonna depend on the number of participants anyway. In general 6 players are a save number for Suicune.
I think you're pretty much set and your team looks good in my opinion. Having that Raikou helps a lot. However I would invest resources in that 100% Exeggutor and aim for Extrasensory/Solar Beam and swap Zapdos to mix things up and see how it goes.. Power up is also no brainer so I would spent stardust and candy on him. I, personally find Exeggutor very helpful.
Suicune can be tricky to defeat, especially with Hydro Pump but 6-7 high leveled trainers is enough.
I've got 15 100% mons. The only ones I've powered up to level 30 or above are three Gyarados. The rest are from hatches and still sitting at level 20 due to the huge amount of dust required to make them useful.
Currently only have about 400,000 dust, with 75k dedicated to Mewtwo (if I ever get a pass), Entei, Moltres, Lugia and either Articuno/Suicune. Everyone else is a long-term project.
Also have 15/7 TM's. Used one fast and three charged to get my Raikou from VS/TB to TS/WC.
