What is the candy corn of pokemon candy?

Even Murkrow candy someday has some use (xp most likely)...what candy is truly worthless...any winners here or are all pointless timesaps if the pokemon looks like a low level?

I take umbrage at your unjust disparagement of candy corn!

However, I consider Sunkern candy to be the most worthless, at least for types that pile up excessively. It's useless to power them up and takes an item to evolve them. At least many of those other types are rare enough to not add up to much, but I have 1010 Sunkern candies.

Some of are getting to the point of considering using rare candy on Sunkern just to get the evolution. I've caught three since gen2 dropped...

Please allow me to pick up my jaw after reading that statement.

I've caught 147 sunkern, made 8 sunflora...Ice types, I'm at 135/200. I guess I always assumed shellder and seel were ice types, looks to be water instead. So it looks like I missed out on a Sneasel nest at the zoo. I often take my kid there, I've caught a total of 14 of those.

I do not know if this is an extreme case, but I have 378 Sudowoodo candy. I have 1855 Murkow candy. That might be extreme. I think Murkow can evolve into something, sometime, hopefully before I die.

I'm already passing up on Duskulls, wishing I'd see more pidgey and weedles.

Yeah, I tend to develop a CP range where I just pass. For Murrow anything from 250 to 1100 I just leave it. For Duskull it is 200 to 400. I don't have a feel for Sableye. It's pretty hard to catch and I don't see the point to catching them.

I have 1887 Magnemite candy and 1304 Voltorb candy. They're ubiquitous in my city and Magnemite is kind of annoying to catch, so every time I see one I groan (which is often). Magnezone will come eventually, I guess...

I also have 177 Sudowoodo candy, mostly from hatches...

That's a bit lucky though. Aside from the dragon medal, the steel medal is the only one I still need. And I still have more dragons than metals.

Corsola. I didn't k ow she was spooky until she ran out all the other water types out the pier. I was going To clean up on Maril and Poliwag but they're about as rare as a Dusclops in the day time for some reason. I'm not exaggerating:
