Lowest level Pokémon you've Maxed out?

I maxed out a RT/RS Omastar I caught wild at level 2

This little trinket here, 91% IV, if I remember correctly.

1328 Dragonite to 2912

My 1st shiny 69cp to 3234cp

Level 9 scyther, now bug move scizor

Level 1 Chansey to level 38.5 100%

Right now, Lv 20 (100% vap and 98% Dragon), however, just caught a perfect wild lv 10 Dragonite that I'm working on.

246 CP 100% Dratini if I remember correctely. Sits at lvl 31,5 3146 CP atm and will soon be my first mon which will pass the 3500 mark.

I have a Snorlax that I caught when I was level 12. It's got Lick and Body Slam, adequate IVs (11/15/3), and is level 10, CP 923. Contemplating taking it up to level 31, but not sure Snorlax has a ton of use in the current meta. The best thing it has going for it is an excellent legacy charged move.

Wouldn't it make more sense to power it up when it actually becomes useful?

Lvl 17 magikarp 98%. Caught in September 2016

Catch a clefairy way back in February. I can't imagine I was more than lv15. Maxed her out. 95% p/dg no regrets.

I forgot, but I am maxing out a Vaporeon that I caught last year when I wasn't even at level 20.

I Dragonite I took from 747 CP (old CP calculation) to 2964 (Only a level 32, but plan to max it anyway, if DB/DC doesn't come back for a moveset change)

Also Snorlax that I took from 595 CP (643 under new calculation) to 2843.

It’s not there yet, I’ve been slowly pecking away. Not sure what level I caught, but stardust cost was 600. I’ve got until gen 4, so no rush lol

My biggest investments are a 96% Charizard (my oldest remaining Pokémon and my only evolved Charizard) and a 96% SC/ShB Gengar. Both were very low levels when I caught/hatched them (can't remember which or what levels).

My 100% machamp for sure. Ended up catching him as a machop acouple blocks away at a random poke stop around the same time we had a machop nest. I think it was atleast level 8 and this was when tms weren’t a thing didn’t get the most ideal moveset so waited. powered it up to level 12 then after the equinox event I decided to power him up to level 32. Will most likely max him out in the near future after I save up more stardust.

That would be my fifth oldest Pokémon, a 98% vaporeon caught at the very beginning of my journey when I first opened the app. Couldn't have been above level 3. Now it is lvl 36.5 at 2994 cp.
