If you have good stardust it's certainly a great investment. Until celebi appears, exegg is going to be the very badass grass type and even after, it might have big vallue for it's higher attack.
For it's quick move i guess u might want bullet seed. Though extrassenssory is a better move, bullet seed gives you a better way to dodging and energy/s, what is awesome with SB.
Besides it has big spot in the meta against vaporeon, suicune, rhydons, golens, kyogre and groundon

Exeggutor future use?
So, I read a little through gen3 and found out that Exeggutor will still be the best grass-type attacker. Is there a use for him? Groundon, Kyogre seem to be good matchups.
I have two Exeggutors at 31,5 with C/SoB, but 80 and 76% IVs. Now I got lucky and got a 98% one with BS/SB. Would you power it up? Which moves would you prefer? Have 2 Alakazam, 1 Espeon, 1 Lugia as Psychics and 1 Venasaur, 1 Vileplume and 3 Victrebeel as grass-types.
