IMO i would max out numbers 1, 3 (if SB = Solar Beam and not Seed Bomb), 5 and 7.

Some of them I haven't powered up yet such as Snorlax (fewer candies) and sandslash

Your Snorlax its a great attacker and can do well on defense too, but i would wait for a ZH/BS or HB one even with lower IVs to spend this rare candies. Rhydon its better than Sandslash so i wouldnt power him up, hes good as a gym trainer the way he are.

I also have a snorlax with ZH and BS its IV is 76% a15 d12 s7. You think this one is better than L/BS ?

Continue to power up Dragonite, Snorlax, Exeg, Rhydon, Vape and Gyarados. Snorlax candies are precious and he is small you might get a better one. All 6 are good attackers.

I would give priority to Rhydon until it reaches 30. Your other pokemons are pretty much at level 30 already so I wouldnt keep powering them up as the CP gain is halved unless you dont have other pokemons to spend dust on.

I don't have other good mons. All of them are almost my top attack mons.
