Which Pokemon would You choice to be Your buddy.
Level 31 and my pokedex is completed.
On this moment Dratini is my buddy, he is 96% perfect and want it to evolve in Dragonite (its level 20 hatched from a egg) Got 122 Candy so he is almost done.
Would You go for
Again Dratini: Got myself a 2500CP 91% Dragonite already bur wrong movesets SW + HB
If the new Dragonite have good attacks keep a dratini as You buddy?
Or Go for Lapras. Have already a full maxed Lapras with 93% IV FB+ IB 2646CP
but got still (10 candy's at the moment)
- Lapras CP2021 FB-DP IV93
- lapras CP1719 FB - IB IV93
- Lapras CP FB- blizzard IV 76
and 2 little Lapras with lower IVs
Could go for Snorlax (no candies)
- CP 2395 IV69 Lick -BS
and a Lick - HB CP 1374 IV47
Or should I more focus on Gen 2 and go for Chansey.
Got there 141 Candy's and got 6 Chanseys. Al wonders and at least one with 95% IV
This are the valuable options for me, what would You pick (and if case You choose the lapras, which lapras would You power up?)

How did you get so many rare pokemon with 90+ IV and you still are only lvl 31? I'm at 30 and have one hatched Lapras, no Dragonite and no Chansey :(
Besides that, you have plenty of Chansey candy already but I would still go with her as buddy. Have you thought about Porygon? His Gen 2 evolution might be pretty great so he can be a valid choice too.
Porygon, yes I thought about him. On the other hand I would wait to see with moves he got. He is a normal pokemon so maybe not really a STAB in his moves. And never hatched a Porygon, So not really one with a good IV. (not that it so important, but if we must wait, we always can see what the future brings)
Well I was pretty lucky, when I was on holiday in Norway I got 3 - 10KM eggs all Lapras +90% IV :) the truth was I was pretty surprised that it is a rare pokemon.
Dragonite, is with going to places where dratini could spawn, So thats just a lot of work. And as a bonus I got right now 3 full power up +90% Gyrados and almost number 4.
Chansey, well think I'm lucky, get on occasion on my route to work a 10 KM egg and sometimes it is her.
I wish I had the issue you have xD. I'm level 33 and only have one Lapras from an egg on the halloween event...with 141 candy I won't go for Chansey, I think the evolution will cost 50 so you have more than enough, I would continue with dratini if you get a good moveset in that evolution and if not switch to another Lapras probably and have 2 of them maxed, one for offense and another to put in gyms.
Also another good options if you don't have candy is of course Porygon, Onix or Scyther.

Porygon see above... think he is the big problem at the moment
Scyther got 300 Candy's ( 3 with +90% IV) and Onix got 150 candies (none 90% IV but 3 with +80%)
Well If I hatched a 10KM egg I got most of the time Scyther, then Chansey (6x) Onix (5x) Lapras (5x) Eevee(6x), dratini (4x) but never got a Mr Mime (luckily ) Pinsir (1x) and snorlax (1x) Aerodactyl (1x),
I'm happy with these numbers.
There was a moment I was angry I got anohter useless Chansey... Right now I'm very happy I got her
If they are 100 candies it would be crazy!! Chansey and Porygon are extremely rare, at least for me, I managed to get 56 Chansey candies but I am still on 27 for Porygon, if they make them 100 candies each it will destroy me...5km/candy is not fair, I have to walk like 7km to get an actual candy with the bad calculations the game mades...
