Mewtwo best raw Dps Moveset

Heya,
I was lucky enough to catch a 100% Mewtwo and am wondering which Moveset will be the best for raw Dps, I dont care about dodging since I swim in Potions, so which performs better?
Psycho Cut - Shadowball
or
Confusion - Shadowball?
(Assuming Shadowball is the overall best Charge Attack)

If you flat out no dodge then yes confusion shadow ball is best. According to spreadsheet data, psycho cut/shadow ball is 91% as effective as confusion/shadow ball if you don't dodge, hitting into a neutral target (for both psychic and ghost)

Without dodging, pretty sure you want Confusion/Shadow Ball.

Raw DPS is only good if the charge move is not resisted. Yes, Shadow Ball has the best DPS, but if you use it against any normal type defender, it sucks, as normal type is immune to Ghost (.51 damage). I use my Mewtwo (3818) against gyms as my primary attacker, so I switched to Focus Blast to use against Blissey/Snorlax/Chansey.

I also like to dodge, so after experimenting with PC, then C for awhile, I switched back to and am happy with PC.

Thats no problem for me, since I plan on using my powered up Machamps for Normal (and Dark) Types. I want to use my Mewtwo as a High DPS Raid Generalist

Don't forget, Ghost-type is probably the best Neutral-attacking type in the game, on par with Dragon for one resistance and one immunity. It also hits two common types for Super-Effective damage, over the one-type that Dragon boasts.

However, most of the top gym defender like blissey, chansey, snorlax and Tyranitar resist ghost move.
So there's no point having a high DPS moveset that doesn't help u take down gym effectively. I would rather stick to FutureSight at least it has 1.2x STAB effect on any encounter.

Future Sight would be nice, but Mewtwo only learns Psychic. Under the current system, there's not really a reason to plan your Mewtwo for Gym Attacking instead of Raiding, if you only manage to get one. One good Dragonite, one good Alakazam, and one good Machamp, each with their ideal movesets are plenty to deal with just about any gym.

The way I see if, if you're fighting anything that a 2-bar fighter such as Outrage Dragonite couldn't 1 hit with its charge move, then you should be using a Machamp.

Otherwise, get a second Mewtwo that knows Focus Blast, but if I only had one Mewtwo I wouldn't have him solely be my replacement-Machamp
