There is no differences. I have a tiny (XS) Poliwrath and a normal size Poliwrath. But my tiny Poliwrath has better IV. Also, I have a XL Clefable with bad IV, but the normal size Clefable's IV is 96%.

XS/XL weight refers to speed of attack. XS/XL height refers to Stamina or HP.
So preferably you want XS weight and XL height.

This is completely wrong. Please don't spread lies like that. Size of the Pokémon has nothing to do with the stats of the Pokémon.

Do you have a better answer? Any proof I'm spreading lies?

The burden of proof does not mandate that others prove you wrong. It's your duty to prove the factuality of your claims.

Considering lots of people have data mined this game, and everyone seems to agree that no where are size factored into combat equations, I believe you are wrong. If you can provide something more concrete than your 'impression' of how they affect things, please let us know.
