Tyranitar question

I currently have the following, and wondering what to evolve/power up:
A. Larvitar, 96%, 13/15/15 (H/A/D), Level 20
B. Larvitar, 80%, 11/13/15, Level 29
C. Tyranitar (from raid), 80%, 12/12/12, Level 20

Evolve/Power up of A to Level 30, costs 191 candy and 75,000 dust. Alternative is to power up both B and C at a cost of 199 candy and 85,000 dust.

I currently have three Tyranitars sitting between level 30 and level 35. Their IV's and movesets are 89%, 14/13/13, B/C; 87%, 15/10/14, IT/C; and 80%, 12/15/9, B/C.

Current inventory is 169 Larvitar candy and 525,000 dust, and Larvitar is my walking buddy, bringing in a candy per day. Having a little trouble deciding which way to go. On the one hand, it would be nice to have a 96% Ttar with a 15 Attack. On the other, two strong Ttars.

I would rule out C immediately, don't transfer it, but I wouldn't power it up personally.

When you receive mewtwo raids you can immediately evolve B and have one excellent attacker already. The 11 attack IV isn't too bad because there is not a terribly restricting breakpoint for Mewtwo.

How often do you have access to Tyranitar raids (are you in a big city and can you do one if you wanted to or do you need a lot of coordination?)

I'm in a city, so have access to raids, but it seems like most folks are focusing on Legendaries and not showing up as much for Ttars.

It's not 11 attack, it's 13 attack.

You've already got 3 great Ttars - I'd go for the 96% one now. If you only had the 2 Larvitars and the 1 Ttar, I'd weep internally while advising you to ignore it, but you're at a point where you can afford to "Waste" that many Larvitar candies.

Dammit, I wish I had your problem.

It is a no brainer! BUT, wait to have at least 200+ candies to do so.

You already have 3 lvl30+Tyranitars. You do not need two additional weaker ones!

But a larvitar iv96%, that would be a good addition to your team.
Wait to get enough candies, in case you get a 100% Larvitar or a 96% Tyranitar from a raid in the meantime.

You already have 3 good Tyranitars. No urgency to evolve an additional one right now. For the Mewtwo raid, I am sure that you have some dark Gyarados or Houndoom, or a Scizor or a dragonite to complet your line-up. And you may not even reach your fourth attacker anyway.

100% B/C Gary at level 35.5; 100% B/C Gary at level 34.5; 100% DT/O Gary at level 33.5; 73% S/C Hound at 30; 76% S/FP Hound at 30.5.

Weak on the Scizors. 89% FC/XS at Level 20; 91% FC/XS at Level 20; 93% FC/NS at level 26.

So do not evolve or power up a new Tyranitar now. You do not need it.

Wait to get enough candies to power up your 96% Larvitar to the mayimum.

Just so you know, B with 11/13/15 is not 80% but 87% if it makes you feel easier.

Uh oh... Reran the numbers and it looks like I really screwed that one up. In game assessment is "really strong." So, she's actually Level 30 and either 9/11/13 or 8/11/14 and 73%. Must have had a serious brainfart that day. LOL.

Makes the decision a lot easier. Wait and evolve the 96%. Thanks for making me recheck the numbers.
