Are eggs left from the event still containing those specials like Larvitar from 2km eggs? Hatched a Slowpoke yesterday out of a 2km which I think wasn't on the list for 2km during the event? Can't remind me of hatching a Slowpoke during the event...used all old eggs from before the event so there is no way of it being old. Thanks
The contents of the egg is decided at the time you get the egg...not when you hatch. So eggs you got during the event will still have the potential to hold an event hatch.
Consider an egg as a 'found pokemon' that you need to release when you get around to it.
Just think...someone, somewhere may yet have a Body Slam Snorlax waiting to be released from it's egg prison.
Funny. The two 2K eggs I got before the deadline that I hatched after it were Slowpokes. People are posting that Slowpoke was on the list for the event, and it makes sense in that we seemed to hatch things in bundles of two during the event, but I hadn't hatched one the whole time until after it ended.
