Not gen3 but perhaps the ghost types?

I dont think gen3 will be dropped this month but my hope is they release the ghost and maybe dark types of gen3 early like how they gave us gen2 baby pokemon prior to gen2. What do you all think?

That is a popular thought at the moment and one that does seem somewhat plausible.

Personally, I'm not trying to get too involved with speculation just in case the big surprise is actually Pikachu with another hat....

Would fit with Halloween.
Although not many dark and ghost types in that gen. I'd like Poochyena and Sableye.

Perhaphs not one and not another?! We have many ghost and dark pokemon now, so doubt they will do anything related to gen 3.

Plus they can add same things they did last time as well: Drowzee, Hypno, Cubone and Marowak.

Marowak and Meowith were stretches last year for the “spooky” Pokemon.

My suggestion is to bring back Shadow Ball in Gengar for a limited time and perhaps a temporary buff to all ghost types, or double coins for ghost types in gyms.

Yeah, fogot about Meowth. You mean to bring back shadow claw, not shadow ball... Yeah, i dont know why they nerfed such a bad pokemon. Yeah, gengar may have a good atk, but still awful cause its stamina.

That is so little not a lot. Keep in mind we only have 4 ghost types to choose from at least theres a bit more dark types which is why I say maybe dark types since a lot of gen3 dark types evolve from non dark typing.

I don't think gen3 will be dropped this year. It's an interesting idea, though.

Every time they mentioned "new pokemon" in the past few months it was always referred to the same thing: legendaries. Following the trend, my guess is that by Halloween they will complete the roll out of mewtwo sending EX invitations to the wider world

XP is not a big deal once you reach level 30. Dust is more important.

I still cared about xp till I hit level 38. Once that power up button is gone there's actually no reason to level up other than bragging rights

Depends on your goal mate. My comment was just a troll, however my goal is to reach level 40 and nothing else than that. Therefore I would heavily prefer a double XP event.
